Leading investment bank has an opportunity to join its Programme Delivery function. The team is responsible for managing change across the bank and supporting business units with strategic programmes and projects. The role reports directly to the programme manager and the function of Programme Delivery is similar to an internal consultancy. The bank is about to start a major programme within the credit risk management area and has a requirement for a driven individual to fulfil the PMO function.

Responsibilities will include: maintaining standard project management processes, introduce and maintain tools to facilitate project success, ensuring project timescales, budgets and documentation, scheduling meetings and workshops and maintaining a structured environment for projects. You will also be involved in the overall strategy and scope of the programme.

Successful candidates will have project support experience from a global organisation – a consulting firm in financial services or from an Investment Bank, have experience of using PM tools such as MS Project, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint etc, have excellent written and communication skills and be a people person able to work in a complex and evolving environment.
