It is a core part of our ethos at Indigo City that the nature of our relationships with our candidates and our clients is one where both parties are regarded in their own right, with equal stature. We represent each other. The relationships we strive to build with our candidates are usually long term and often involve consulting with individuals throughout the different phases of their career.
